Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Breast

hello my right breast has been hurting me for two days now. i can see that at the upper part of my right breast there is a vein that protrudes when i push my chest out and shoulders backward. the vein feels fuller than normal and runs from underneath my muscle near the mid axillar to the mid clavical region near the 3rd intercostal space. should i be worried??
