Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Side And Nausea

I am a 63 year old female , 5'3" about 155 lbs.do not smoke, recently had ct scan and sonagram of pelvic and lower abdoman.. with good clear results.. but continue to have off and on again pain sometimes extended to right side.. sometime it is like pin pricks or sharper and then dull .. a little nauseated but not actually vomiting and eating well . This has been going on for a month now with periods of improvement but then it comes back. The pain is not constant. I only take two medications thyroid and a light dosage of paxil for anxiety. Had full range of blood work which was good except for low vitimin D. Your opion please.
