Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Side Below My Rib Cage

I. Was diagnosed with protitis a week ago due to severe pain in my right side just below my rib cage. The Dr put me on cypro and flagyl and the pain still persists. CT scan was why the Dr went to the proctitis diagnosis. I could use a professional opinion on if it should e got better by now. Thank you
