Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Side Of Body Above The Hip Bone

hi, on the right side of my body right aabove my hipboone has been hurting for a couple weeks now. its been on and off pain. but the pain only last 3 seconds. it only hurts when im sitting down doing nothing or in school it doeswnt happen everyday thouugh . please help
