Suggest Remedy For Pain In Shoulder And Burning Sensation On Arm

I have pain in my left shoulder and burning sensation in the arm pit it hurts when I look up and it also increases the pain when I raise my arm I can't lay on either side due to the pain I have to lay flat on my back. Alieve and ibuprofen do not help with the pain what could be causing this
