Suggest Remedy For Pain In Shoulder,neck And Down The Side Of Ribs

my right collarbone sticks out alot and my rib cage on the right hand side also sticks out more until it gets to the last 2 bottom ribs then they go in more. It always seems to have been like this as far as I can remember. About 5 years ago it started to cause me alot of pain in my shoulder and neck and down the side of my ribs. I can't lay down when the pain is very bad and it feels like a cutting pain when I breath in. The drs havn't been a great help. Please help.
