Suggest Remedy For Pain In Shoulders And Sternum

I suspect I broke my collar bone in college (6 years ago). Now, within last 6 months to a year, it seems to "catch". I cant tell for sure if it is my collar bone, because sometimes the pain isnt in one particular spot. It sometimes is up into my shoulder or into my sternum.
