Suggest Remedy For Pain In Sinus, Ears And Chest

Hi, Could you please assist, i am 30 yrs old Male had grommets put in my ears 2 months ago. Was on meds and antibiotics. Went back to the ENT after 2 weeks. Was sent for an MRI, and told it was a Viral Infection, ENT put me on different Meds, Nasal Sprays and Zelitrex. Month later and my Sinus is killing me, ears are still not right and my chest seems almost raw inside.... Any help ????
