Suggest Remedy For Pain In Stomach And Different Odor Form Vagina

i am 26 year women i have two kids first i had a daughter then before i got my son I've visited a doctor he told me to go and scan my ultra.then he told me i have uterine fibroid and i cannot have a child and if i become pregnant that pregnancy will not last so i got a child after that i was having no problems in giving birth a normal child now and he is 2 months old.do i have to check and scan or its OK if i don't? 2 ND i am feeling some little pain around my belly and i feel some different smell from the vag... so please recommend for me a drug that i can use
