Suggest Remedy For Pain In Stomach While Having PCOS

Hi i have lower belly pain and it hurts at the top as well when i sit down its a dull pain like a period pain but ive had my periods this month and thay have change aswell i was told by my doctor that i have polersticic overis but ive been told i have so many different things to do with this pain could u please help and advise me what to do
