Suggest Remedy For Pain In Tailbone, Dizziness And Nausea After Fall

Hello-- I fell on an icy driveway this morning and I think I have bruised my tailbone. I am also feeling a bit nauseous/dizzy. I have been icing since the accident, about 2 hours ago. I am a 29 year old female, 135 lbs, 5'6. Should I make plans to see a practitioner?
