Suggest Remedy For Pain In Testicles

Hi. My name is Jemie. And I have had pain in my testicles, lower backbone and the ducts when I am aroused and don t ejaculate. But as soon as I ejaculate the pain is gone. I have been experiencing this for more than 7 years. would you please suggest me any solution for this?
