Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Arm And Shoulder

I have pain in my left arm. Its in the back of my shoulder. I can use it going forward with little pain but when I push it back it hurts awful.Also I have pain that runs down my arm at times also in my fingers that is dull and achy. It just starts to hurt at no certain time.
