Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Arm Causing Difficulty In Driving

Hi doc, Have got a bad left arm. went to bed about 7 weeks ago, I was fine, woke up the next morning and have got very bad pain going from my shoulder down to my hand. I have a big problem getting dressed in the morning, also have problems driving. I am taking some pain killers but not really working. Please help, thanks
