Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Arm Post Injury

I was playing basketball on Tuesday and was hit pretty hard on the arm as I was trying to move my arm forward. I had an immediate pain and have had pain in my right forearm ever since, especially when I twist my arm. The pain limits certain movements most notably putting shaving cream on the bottom of my face.
