Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Armpit

Hi, I had jaundice in april 2010 and the bilrubin level was 9.25, it took near by 3 months to get back to normal but after a month i started having a little pain in my left pictorial area and under my arpit.My test for ecg, ecocardiography and lipid profile are normal.
plz tell me abt the cause of it????
