Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Arms With Headaches

I was in car accident 4 years ago, and immediately after (about 2 months to be exact) started noticing unusual symptoms like shooting pains down my arms when I sneeze... shooting headaches on the left side of my head, where I got stitches after the accident... but most worryingly and most recently started to realise that I often get pins and needles in my legs when I sit straight up with my legs stretched out on the floor... what could all this be?
