Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Body & Fatigue

I'm a male age 47, HLA-B27 pos.
I recently has a heart CT. Showed zero calcium score and stress test was normal.
The doctor reported:
"There is strong suggestion this coronary sinus is drained by a vascular structure,
likely a persistant left superior vena cava.
My eye doctor suggested that my eye problems (iritis, glaucoma, retinopathy) could be from Congenital Rubella Syndrom.
Question: Could the PLSVC be caused bt the CRS? Is this something may cause symptoms? (fatigue and unusual pain in the neck, back chest and arms, more on the left side)
