Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Breasts Post Delivery Of Stillborn Baby

hello doctor, i delivered a boy baby last year,but baby was died due to pre term born in 61/2 months. my breasts become painful so i gave feeding to my 3 years baby, but from last 5 months i stopped her feeding and my breasts are again paining. i went to doctor she gave me B-long and primosa tablets i used it for 15 days my was pain gone. after few days my breasts are paining specially left side i went to doctor she suggest me to take mammography,mamo-report was some low volume right axillary lymph nodes noted, so the surgeon suggest me to take primosa 1000mg and absulte tablets for one month , i want to ask you that my problem will be solved by taking this tablets or is it any serious problem
