Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Buttocks

im a male age 50, from the right side of my bum to all the way to the foot and foot from all the back to the pee nut bolls, basically the blood vain is really painfull, i couldn’t even pee properly, when i go for pee i feel like the vine are coming out. can u please tell me what to do to get rid of this pain, thanks
