Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Hands & Back

last year i was on a vlcd & lost 5 stone in 8 weeks. shortly after stopping the diet I have developed pains in my hands, arms, neck & back. i am a guitarist and am no longer able to play!!! the dr has ruled out any rhumatic disease, all bloods are normal with a slightly elevated ANA please help!
