Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Left Side Of The Abdomen During Pregnancy

This is my seventh month and I am having a slight ache in the left side of my stomach. It increases when we do something with effort. I consulted the gyno she told that it may be muscle cramp and gave medicine but I took medicine for three days the pain is still there not at all decreasing. what should i do?
