Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Leg & Joints

I have pain in my left leg, joints, muscle - the ankle and foot. Tingling and a creeping feeling in my foot and minor muscle spasams. I now also have pain in my left arm. All the way from the shoulder to my fingers, I have had fibromyalgia for years but this is different from anything I've ever had.
