Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Leg

I collided with a player in baseball in the field, and had intense pain where I was hit in the lower leg. I went to the hospital they said I was okay. After a week it was just tender to touch, however now after 5 months it is starting to really hurt, should I go back and get it looked at, or what could it possibly be?
