Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Neck

Hi. In my MRI report there are 2 things found i.e. 1. loss of normal cervical lordosis with mild scoliosis convexity towards left side and 2. Diffuse posterior bulge of c5-6 disc indenting the anterior subarachnoid.
What does this both means? also i have got sever pain in my neck to arms and headeache
