Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Nipple From A Tear

dear mam..m 26 yr old male..last night i bite my gf nipple little hard and i tasted little blood so immediately stopped there now after 4 hrs my gf is in lot of pain. there is no bleeding as such but the nipple is red nd she says its teared. plz help me as v both r now scared whot to do with the nipple tear plz help.
