Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Shoulder Blade Area

Last night I had been doing some lifting of bins filled with clothing and after my left shoulder blade area was in pain and then today more of a radiated burning sensation in shoulder and down arm. It went away some with aspirin, but after 4 hours comes back. But after doing some light chores I got really hot, only for a couple of minutes, and that made me nervous thinking about heart attack symptoms. I do not feel nauseated or in pain. I do have anxiety so I am thinking maybe I am overreacting?
