Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Shoulder

last night I had a bad pain in my shoulder that went down my entire arm. It was not a sharp pain, but it lasted a while. It was not as bad if I sat up but if I tried to lay down, it was really bad. I do have PVCs and have seen a few cardiologists who cannot seem to find anything that concerns them, but they constantly bother me and have caused me to have anxiety attacks on many occasions. The pain went away after a while and I do not feel bad today, but I have been having a weird heavy feeling in my chest for the last few days. Could what happened last night be related to my heart?
