Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Tailbone

I have been experiencing pain in my tailbone for the last 4 days. I did not fall. It is painful to sit and there is a specific spot to the left of my tailbone that hurts to the touch. There is no bruise or swelling there. Walking is not painful, there is some discomfort, but bending down to tie my shoes hurts in this same spot. what could this be?
