Suggest Remedy For Pain In Throat And Ear After Inhaling Bleach Fumes

Hi, I was exposed to bleach (inhalation) 3 days ago. My throat started to hurt almost immediately and has become worse every day since. I am experiencing severe pain in my throat. Now, my ears are starting to hurt as well. I have no fever a and do not feel sick or like I have a cold. What can I do to treat this? Can this happen from inhaling bleach fumes?
