Suggest Remedy For Pain In Under Arms In Both Sides

hello,i hAVE pain in under arms in both right and left.i have already two buds ...and i cant bear the pain..including these two,i have total 4(previous 2 are cured,without any kind of medicine).now i conslt a docyor near by..he gave me medicines for thiss.and i have a little bit okey.i dont want to suffer anymore..i hate these desease
