Suggest Remedy For Pain On Head Behind The Ears

I get pain in the left side of my head behind the ear. The pain will sometimes go to the left side of my neck. I asked my Dr. and she thinks it may be cluster headaches. It is very painful and sometimes the left side of my head will begin to tingle. I am not sure if I should be concerned or if I should go back to the Dr.
