Suggest Remedy For Pain On Pulling In A Prosthetic Testicle

I have just had a procedure where i had a prosthesitic testicle put in. I am supposed to pull on it which i am but when i pull it, it hurts alot. I am not pulling on it too hard or gripping it too hard. Do you have any tips on a less painfull way to do pull it or a way to deal with the pain
