Suggest Remedy For Pain On The Right Side Of Hip Bone

My hip bone on the right side hurts everytime i apply weight/pressure to it or move it up and down. sometimes it hurts severly and sometimes it hurts minimally, it isnt very consistent and has been hurting for about 4 days now. I am a bit overweight and have only exercised about 30 minutes vigorously everyday.
