Suggest Remedy For Pain Under Rib Case

I have this strange pain under my rib case , it does not hurt when i push the ribs...its like a ache pain and when i bend do the side it hurts.
I was wearing a dress that was very tight over my ribs a few days ago, could it be related to that? than it may go away shortly.

Had it for 4 days now, should I be worried?
