Suggest Remedy For Pain When Suffering From Fibrositis

I was diagnosed with fibrositis thirty years ago. The pain has been moving around in my body constantly. However, my worst problem is insomnia. I have been to sleep clinics twice. Drs. said they had NEVER had a patient before who had NO REMS. I am now taking cymbalta. It has helped a bit. I sleep 3-5 hrs. a night. I never feel rested. On a whim I cut my dosage in half. (I do know better). I had had two years of overheating, soaking wet even in winter. After cutting the dosage my intense heating problem is gone! I am not having any other problems from the dosage cut, however I am still having sleep problems. Can you help? I don t know anything abot you. i thought you were giving free advice.....why would you know any more than my rheumatologist?
