Suggest Remedy For Pain While Urination And Redness On Penis Tip

It started to hurt to pee about a week ago and I went to a clinic i dont have a family doctor or anything they told me it could be a uti or a sti.. The gave me 4 pills antibiotics to take all at once and said it should cure whatever I have sti or uti but I noticed my penis tip is red and sore and seems to be exactly where it burns when I pee I have taken the antibiotics at ten thirty last night and still today I have no noticed any difference and it is really really hurting to pee and in getting worried I believe the meds are called zithromax or something any info will help cus I m freaking out
