Suggest Remedy For Painful Abrasion On Clitoris

I have a sore abrasion on my clitoral hood that showed up while in the hospital a few days ago. It hurts and is sensitive to touch and urine. And bleeds just a little. It makes it hard to wipe myself or wear underware since it rubs. I told the dr in the hospita, but it was ignored since i was being treated for septicemia. What should i do?
