Suggest Remedy For Painful Abscess After Full Hysterectomy

i had a full historectumy and a week and a half later ended back in the hospital from a abses they did not drain it but giave me anitbotics , the abses was the size of a lemon... but now im having crapping and hurts when i go poop like bad cramping.. but i have no fevers
