Suggest Remedy For Painful Bartholins Cyst

Hello.Dr. i have a slightly painful bartholins cyst which i felt in past few days..i have completed just 2months after delivery.im using warm water bath and hot compresses.had undergone drainage of an abscess followed by antibiotic therapy 2yrs back.inspite of maintaining a healthy clean environment it still recurs and causes discomfort...please give some solutions.
