Suggest Remedy For Painful Blister In Underarm

I noticed in the last couple of days an underarm cyst (spot) anyway I have just squeezed it. A very small amount of puss came out, but I did feel it pop inside my armpit and now my armpit aches. Should I be concerned or should I take anything. Please advise
