Suggest Remedy For Painful Bumps In Aerola Of Both Breasts

I have bumps on the areola area of both of my breast. Both breast cause so much pain that I can't stand to take or shower or be touched. I feel sharp pains like knives from time to time, my breast are hot, and my nipples itch every now and then. I noticed a bump on the underside on one nipple earlier this week, but bacically the bumps are on the areola. I am so worried. My mammogram is tomorrow. I dont know what to think.
