Suggest Remedy For Painful Cyst Located Outside The Right Corner Eye

I have a cyst that is located outside of my right corner eye. It has been there for a few years, however, it seems to have gotten bigger and it hurts on touch. I have also noticed that it seems to make my right eye appear as though it is a lazy eye. what are your recommendations as far as having it removed?
