Suggest Remedy For Painful Cyst On The Back Of Neck

Hi, My daughter has a cyst on the back of her neck. When I discovered it 3 months ago, it was extremely small. It has grown since (like a small chickpea) and last week she started complaining of pain. Do I need an MRI with contrast for it?
