Suggest Remedy For Painful Fissures In Vagina

My daughter who is 12 has developed painful fissures on her vagina just above her clitoris and between her vaginal opening and her bottom. I have tried using sudacreme and also clotrimasol 1% but it is causing her pain and nothing is clearing it up. Can you suggest something?
