Suggest Remedy For Painful Headache While Coughing And Sneezing

I have this cugh headache. It is very painful, When I cough sneeze or bend, it is pressure and also feels like jabbing in my temples. I've had it for 8 months. It is very painful. I'm at the end of my rope. Please help. I don't have High blood pressure. My my eye doctor told me I have thickening of the arteries. He gave me a report to show my primary. But my primary saids No I don't have high blood pressure. I had a mri. which didn't show any pressure yet. They said come back in next year and see. I need help now!
