Suggest Remedy For Painful Ingrown Hairs Around The Vagina

Hi, I have a lot of painful ingrown hairs on and (very) close my vagina. They are very painful to touch and sore when i move. Some of them had had some friction and have bleed and some are just like spots (with white heads) any advice would be helpful?
