Suggest Remedy For Painful, Itchy And Dry Vagina

I was taking an antibiotic for about a week due to a dog bite. Towards the end of the medication (day 6 of 7), I noticed my vagina was itchy and very dry. I then started my period 2 days later and it was still itchy and dry. I tried monistat 1 because my mom said it sounded like a yeast infection, but it was very uncomfortable and itchy and irritatingly painful and did not help. I am now off my period and the antibiotic but still itchy and very dry. Also now it hurts when I wipe after urination. It does not hurt during, just when wiping. Please help.
