Suggest Remedy For Painful Lump In The Rectum

Dr , I am an Indian male 70yrs old. Wt 70kg. 5ft10 ht. normal built. Have a pea nut size growth just protruding out of rectum. Sometimes it swells and gives pain, remaining time no pain felt. while sitting i can sense uneasiness . It is there for the past three years now. Kindly advise remedy
