Suggest Remedy For Painful Migraines

I typically have migraines. I usually have them once every 1-3 months. I have had three in the last month. I usually can't see when i have a migraine. Each morning for the last week, my eyes have been blurry and I can hardly see each morning. My chest hurts a little and I have been taking aspirin.
